Driving from the South: To drive to the museum from the south along Highway 97, get into the left lane and turn left onto Pamela Road. (Pamela Road is between Old Okanagan Highway to the south and Gellatly Road to the north; if you pass the McDonald’s you’ve gone too far and should turn around and follow the “from the north” directions.) The museum is the large green building at the end of the parking lot on the right-hand side of the road, across the street from the RCMP building and sharing a parking lot with the Greater Westside Board of Trade.
Driving from the North: To drive to the museum from the North, stay in the left lane of Highway 97 and turn left on Old Okanagan Highway. From Old Okanagan Highway, take the first left into the parking lot behind the Westside Learning Centre and follow the road around the RCMP building. The museum is the green building on the left; the first left turn off Pamela Road will be into our parking lot.
By Kelowna Transit: The Westbank Museum is close to stops on Kelowna Transit routes 20, 24, 25, and 26 at Main and Hoskins and Dobbin and Old Okanagan. We are also a 10-minute walk from the route 97 stops at both Westbank Exchange to the South and Butt Road to the North.
From the Ebus stop: The Westbank Museum is approximately 8 minutes away from the Dobbin Road West Kelowna Ebus stop on foot. To walk to the museum, cross to the opposite side of Highway 97 and follow it northbound for 3 blocks. Walk up Pamela Road on the left and it is the large green building at the end of the parking lot.
